Promoter designs and manufacture a wide range of electrical winches from single speed & dual speed drives to variable frequency drives with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Variable frequency drives mostly come with constant tension modes where the line tension can be preset by operator for various onshore & offshore application. The drum capacity, nominal pull and brake holding, and structure design are made in accordance with client specifications, class society rules and oil field operator requirements.  The winch control systems are designed in conjunction with other deck equipment such as load tension monitoring system for safe operation. The 3^rd party witness certification can be issued where required.
